Man who ferried Rajiv Gandhi on last visit to state reminisces
In 1991, P A Ashraf Ali drove Rajiv Gandhi from Kasaragod to Thalappady, Kerala. Gandhi campaigned for Congress candidates before his tragic death. Ali was thanked by Gandhi for the journey, a precious moment.
