City to gift Modi Saraswati idol made by metal casting 
A 12-inch-tall idol of Maa Saraswati (Goddess of learning) made of ‘panch-dhatu’ (alloy of five metals) is ready to be presented to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during his visit to Varanasi on Thursday. The PM will gift Rs 1,800 crore projects to the city.
